There are lots of thing that people develop into a product or tool, some of these inventions we could not live without. While I am sure that you have several such tools that you like, I am sure it is safe to say that your favorite invention is different then mine. My very favorite invention is a Carpet shampooer. Go ahead and laugh, but it is true, I really could not live with out my carpet shampooer. Who would not love a device that helps to make something cleaner, and better looking? I have to admit that I own several carpet shampooers, one is black, and the other is white. While I have two of them, I like them both the same. I guess the main reason why I like them so much, is be cause I make money with them. You see, I am a professional carpet cleaner. Even though my fondness for carpet shampooers may seem to be money motivated, I personally think I would like them just as much if I had a different profession completely.

I recently bought a beach house where me and my family can unwind over the weekend since it is just 2 hours drive away from the city. The previous owner failed to maintain the area so there are a lot of renovations that I need to take care of before even bringing my family to the beach house. I need to clean the outside of my house. I tried using a garden hose but it did not have enough water pressure. The garden hose also could not reach the very top of the house. I think I am going to go out and buy a power washer to clean the outside of my house. They are a little expensive but I will use it a lot each year and I will find other uses for it too. I am thinking about repainting my deck and could use the power washer for that too. I think power washing has a lot of different applications. I think it is possible to change the pressure on the machines. If you can lower the pressure then I could use the power washer to wash my car which would save me money on washing my car. After a few years, it could pay for itself just from that.
